Postage and Packing

For non-UK charges please contact me before placing your order.

Delivery Times:

I aim to ship your order the next working day. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. If your order is urgent, please contact me and I will do my best to meet your requirements.

Payments:

Preferred payment method is Paypal. Please note that you do not need to have a Paypal account to use this service.

If you wish to pay by cheque or bank transfer, please contact me for details.

Returns

If you need to return any items, please contact me first. Items should be returned in the original packaging for a replacement or refund of the value of the card(s). I will provide the return address to you for this. I am sorry but I am unable to refund your return shipping costs. Returns are at your own risk.

If I receive notification that you wish to cancel your order prior to the item(s) being shipped, I will refund you in full.
